Davide Brivio’s last MotoGP adventure concluded in 2020, one that culminated with a surprising world title achieved with Joan Mir and Suzuki. The 59-Italian embarked on a new chapter in 2021, moving to Formula 1 as the Racing Director for Alpine, but after three seasons he is now ready to return to the two-wheeled world in a brand-new role.

Brivio will be the new Team Principal for the Trackhouse team, which arrives on the grid this year in place of team RNF. Team owner Justin Marks has decided to trust in Davide’s significant experience as the team aims high in the reigning class with the Aprilia RS-GP bikes ridden by Miguel Oliveira and Raul Fernandez.

Brivio: “The Trackhouse project is already successful”

"It all happened very quickly in the last days with Justin asking me to help Trackhouse in the MotoGP challenge”, explains Brivio. “It’s so exciting to be a part of this new project right from the start and I’m really looking forward to get to know Trackhouse and see what we can bring to the championship from the successful vision and experience that this company has in other sports and environments. It could be a great combination of the two worlds. Now, it’s almost time to go racing and we will try to support our two talented riders Miguel and Raul as best we can, and have fun.”
