It was pretty cold at Jerez de la Frontera circuit this morning. But one married couple were keen to heat things up, having decided to immortalise their most important day at the Jerez track... in the name of their hero, Valentino Rossi.

Monica and Carlos married... in the saddle

The cold didn’t stop them, and neither did the rather unusual location, with bike fans Mónica and Carlos choosing the Jerez track as the setting for their wedding pictures. Dressed to perfection, they arrived at the track together with a photographer, having received the circuit’s permission. In fact, seeing as this isn’t the first time a couple has chosen to have their wedding or pre-wedding pics taken at Jerez, the circuit even has a section dedicated to this on its website.

Their passion for Rossi on clear display

Monica and Carlos weren’t just wearing their respective bridal gown and suit, but arrived with Valentino Rossi helmets and even a Rossi Replica version of the Honda CBR 600 F Sport with the all-important “46” on clear display. Their passion for Rossi and the world championship meant that they wanted to incorporate this into their big day, creativity and a touch of madness doing the rest. What can we say? Congratulations to the happy couple!
