A terrible week for motorcycling continues. After the passing of Jason Aguilar (who is only being kept alive by machines for the purposes of organ donation) and young Czech rider Jakob Gurecky, more tragedy has now struck the motorcycling world.

Young Thai rider Thannaphet Kusuwan has lost his life after sustaining injuries in a crash at the Buriram track, where he was testing with his Honda NSF250 in preparation for the Honda Thai Talent Cup.

After an horrific 2021 that brought the deaths of Dupasquier, Millan and Dean Berta Viñales, 2022 has got off to a similarly terrible start with the loss of three more youngsters, as well as the death of MX rider Vincenzo Lombardo.
