As suspected, Jack Miller’s season is not yet over. The Australian, a factory Ducati rider in MotoGP, will wildcard at the final round of the Australian Superbike Championship taking place at The Bend Motorsport Park over the weekend of 3-5 December.

In collaboration with Ducati and the DesmoSport team, the 26-year old rider from Townsville will complete with a factory supported Panigale V4-R, bringing the number of red bikes on the grid to four, considering the presence of "regulars" Mike Jones, Oli Bayliss and Wayne Maxwell. Maxwell will be looking to score the title at The Bend before retiring from racing.

Miller: "I can’t wait to race in front of the fans"

"I’m really stoked to be able to race at the final ASBK event and I have to thank Ducati for this, for allowing me to compete despite a busy testing schedule", comments the Australian. "I can’t wait to be back racing in front of my fans and want to entertain them, but none of this would have been possible without Ben Henry at DesmoSport, who helped us organise everything despite us being on the other side of the world".

In addition to Miller, special guest Josh Hook will also compete, the EWC rider set to take to the track with the team Penrite Honda CBR1000RR-R.
