SBK, towards "normality" at Donington: welcome back Paddock Show!

The image depicts what is an important moment for the 2021 SBK championship, or rather the setting up of the Paddock Show, the structure that hosts riders, managers, personalities and staff. The return to ‘normality’ is a complicated business, but Dorna and its partners are working hard to get there.

And this includes collateral events. Hyundai will have space on site for example, with its safety cars and guests. Teams can welcome their various sponsors and offer them the full race weekend experience. And last but not least, the public, as fans are expected on Saturday and Sunday.

Spectators will be in the paddock as well as the grandstands and green areas around the fast and technical English track. A first step was taken at Misano - the third round - and now Donington brings the next step. As for Assen, the current situation in Holland means open doors and full-on party. Let’s hope so.
