The 2018 Supersport 300 champion is almost ready to return to the track following the accident during private testing at Estoril, which prevented her from completing the 2020 championship, won by fellow Kawasaki rider Buis
Ana Carrasco will be back on track with her Supersport 300 colleagues very soon. “The wait is almost over” the 2018 champion writes on her Instagram profile, beneath a photo of her back and her scar, now without stitches and with no screws supporting the vertebrae, the rider having had them removed on 14 January.
In the meantime, the Spanish Provec rider has continued to publish content on Instagram that shows her exercising in the gym as she works to build up her fitness, so that she's in the best possible shape once the first real 300 “winter” tests are defined prior to the start of the championship.
