Dall’Igna: "Concessions limit our testing, but I prefer sport over pure show"
On the concessions system and development constraints: "Concessions significantly limit our testing opportunities. That said, to me, motorcycle racing is more about sport than pure entertainment; pole vaulter Armand Duplantis doesn’t use a shorter pole than everyone else just to make the competition closer. We accept the rules, but our philosophy remains focused on pure sporting merit."
The most emotional moments with Ducati: "Pecco Bagnaia's first world title in 2022 still moves me deeply when I think about it. It was the culmination of a long journey and a massive weight off our shoulders. And what memories from Andrea Iannone’s first victory in Austria back in 2016... That win was a true breakthrough for the entire project, proving that we were finally back on the right track."
Technical challenges of the current regulation cycle: "We are working hard to squeeze every ounce of performance from the current package before the regulations change. The level in MotoGP right now is incredibly high, and you cannot afford to lose focus for even a single week. The goal is to keep evolving our aerodynamics and electronics while maintaining the bike's core strengths."
