Incredible and unexpected news that could shake MotoGP and therefore impact on the riders’ market for next season – Suzuki could be about to withdraw from MotoGP once again, seven years after it officially returned in 2015, leaving Joan Mir and Alex Rins free to look elsewhere.

According to Motorsport.com in fact, while the MotoGP tests were taking place at Jerez, the Hamamatsu manufacturer’s management was meeting with members of the team headed up by Livio Suppo, communicating its decision to retire from the world championship at the end of the season.

Up until now, Suzuki sources have not released any statements, but an official press release regarding the decision is expected soon.
