At 57, “King” Carl Fogarty has no intention of hanging up his helmet. And it looks like he’s still pretty fast, judging from the videos that have been posted on his Instagram account following yesterday’s event at Knockhill.
Exactly thirty years since his last visit, the four-time Superbike champion with Ducati was back at the Scottish track, riding his Panigale V2 alone and then also with a woman in the passenger seat as he celebrated this anniversary.
Fogarty: “A fantastic weekend at Knockhill after 30 years”
Judging by the wheelie you can see in the photos, the Ducati ambassador looks to have had fun. At the end of the day, he posted some images and a short video of the day with the following caption: “Fantastic weekend in Scotland back at Knockhill Racing Circuit again after 30yrs. I’m sure it went clockwise last time I was there.”
