Road Racing, the North West 200 is back – the 2022 schedule

After what has been a very complicated 2020 and 2021 for the world of road racing, with only a handful of events running over the two years (only Cookstown 100 taking place in both years) and none of the key races, 2022 will finally mark the return of a good number of Irish National Road Races.

As usual, the season will kick off with the Cookstown 100, followed closely by the Tandragee 100. The North West 200 is scheduled for mid-May and will come ahead of the long-awaited Tourist Trophy, while the "grand finale" will play out in Armoy over the last weekend of July, for a season comprising nine events, plus the TT.

These events will be supplemented by the International Road Racing Championship and the Macau GP, back in 2022 after its cancellation this year.
