BSB: Brad Jones is now breathing autonomously

Good news from King's College Hospital in London, where Brad Jones has been a patient since 24 July, following the terrible race 1 incident that occurred during the Brands Hatch British Superbike round.

Significant improvement

The English iForce Lloyd & Jones BMW rider is still under observation in hospital but is now some clear signs of physical improvement. He is no longer intubated and, although he still has some artificial help, Brad is able to breathe almost autonomously.

In addition, as reported in the official MSVR (MotorSport Vision Racing) update, the number of sedatives Jones is being given is gradually being reduced. The entire BSB paddock can breathe a sign of relief ahead of the Donington Park round, where many of the riders will again race with number 20 stickers on their fairings.
